PARKING at Okehampton Medical Centre will be restricted for around six months from the end of January.

The car park will have limited access due to demolition work at the Okehampton District Hospital building adjacent to the centre.

There will be access to the car park made available for those who need it most, including those with a need for wheelchair access.

All patients who are able to park off site and walk to the centre are asked to do so where possible.

To provide as much access for patients as possible, staff members will be parking off-site.

Only doctors will continue to park their vehicles at the centre.

The car park restriction will start from Monday January 30.
