OKEHAMPTON Library will be closed for six days next week to allow for essential work to be done on the roof of the building.

The facility will be closed from Monday, March 7, until Saturday March 12, during which time books can still be renewed online at http://www.devon.gov.uk/library">www.devon.gov.uk/library or by telephone on 0845 155 1001.

Customers of the library can also return books to the drop-box facility in Waitrose, which will be collected daily by library staff.
