OKEHAMPTON Library has a series of festive activities and prizes to be won this December in the build-up to Christmas.

You can test your Christmas knowledge with a quiz sheet sold on behalf of the Friends of Okehampton Library. Available now, the first correct entry drawn from the hat wins a £10 book token, with the second name drawn winning a £5 token. The closing date in January 5.

Draw tickets to win a hamper full of festive goodies are also available for £1 per ticket. The draw takes place on December 15.

From now until December 22, children can post their letters to Santa in his special post box and come back a few days later to collect his reply.

On Saturday December 15 from 10am to noon, parents and children can make Christmas decorations at a free drop-in craft session.

The Friends of Okehampton Library will be holding a coffee morning on the same day.
