I?HAVE?objections to the proposed Cavanna Homes development on the New Launceston Road.

(1) The access into town along this road has recently been narrowed to allow for a footpath, which is already causing difficulties when a bus meets a lorry on the bend;

(2) The alternative access along Maryhaye through the Treetops estate would become a rat-run;

(3) Any building development should surely first fill up the much larger site off Callington Road.
