I KNOW I'm going to upset a few people by saying this, but the community garden site that people keep on about is nothing but an eyesore!

There are supposed to be 'forty' people, we are told, keen to get involved with this garden project. But where are they?

I walk past this site almost daily to my allotment and all I have ever seen is a group of cadets having a go, plus, at times, another group of teenagers drinking tea.

To be quite honest, the place looks a mess. I'm sure I'm not the only person who thinks it looked better as a field with ponies.

If they want me to change my opinion, let me see these forty people on site and actually doing something.
