LET your feet do the talking because jive is coming back to Tavistock Town Hall and bringing ballroom with it. Continuing on from the successful jive courses last year there is not only another jive dance course for beginners but also ballroom dance for beginners. The first night of both courses will be free to the public as a sample session with the 40 places for each course expected to be booked by the end of the evening. The jive dance lesson free sample evening, hosted by Malcolm White, will be on May 2 at 7.30pm and the remaining eight-week course will cost £40. The ballroom dance lesson free sample evening, hosted by the Riviera Dance Studios, will be on May 3 at 7.30pm and the course will cost £45. On both evenings the town hall bar will be open.
