The post chaise arrives in Fore Street, the vice Lord Lieutenant of Devon (the Earl of Devon) greets Lt Lapenotiere. The actor reads the New Trafalgar Dispatch and then presents the scroll to the Town Mayor. Official Okehampton plaque to be unveiled n 12.30pm ? Lapenotiere and the Lorna Doone convoy leave town centre heading towards Exeter n 2pm ? Team arrive in Sticklepath, and present the New Trafalgar Dispatch to the parish council and unveil the plaque.
