A CAR rear number plate was stolen between 8.30pm on November 9 and 9.30am on November 10 on Pounds Park Road in Bere Alston. If you have seen anything that may help the police with this enquiry please contact them on 101.
Police investigating reports of the theft of a significant amount of farm equipment from a rural area near Callington on Saturday, November 12 are appealing for any information to help with their enquiries.
It was reported that a large quantity of sheep handling equipment and steel gates, worth £10,000, were taken in the early hours of the morning in the Beals Mill area of Callington.
It is thought that a large vehicle or a van and trailer would have been used to carry out the theft, which took place in a remote, rural location.

In response to increasing reports of anti-social in Bere Alston, a foot patrol was carried out in the village on the evening of November 18. Officers located two children drinking alcohol. Their parents were notified with one of the children being returned home to the care of their mother.
