The Ladies of Yelverton Golf Club are now in the middle of the really busy golfing season.
Laura Eastwood and Gilly Jarvis both played in the English Amateur Ladies' Close Championships at St Enodoc at the end of May. The competition was cancelled on the second day because of appalling weather. This was a great disappointment but especially for Laura who was playing particularly well.
