Mount House Hockey Seconds 1 Kelly College 2 DESPITE an outstanding team performance in which they dominated possession, Mount House Seconds hockey eights were unable to recover from a slow start. After conceding two goals early on, Mount House were chasing the game. They gradually took control, but even with the lion's share of possession, lacked the composure to convert their many scoring opportunities into goals, and were still two-nil down at half time. Late in the second half, Mount's Dominic Scaglioni struck a beautifully executed shot from the top of the 'D' to close the gap to a single goal. Encouraged by this, the Mount House side continued to press for the equaliser, but ran out of time.
