CHILDREN'S Hospice South West (CHSW) will be holding their very own 'It's a Charity Knockout' again this year.

Last year's event raised more than £17,500 for the children's charity and their Little Harbour 'hospice by the sea'.

This year CHSW will be hosting another day of fun and competitions on Sunday, May 11 at Truro Rugby Club. It will be filled with teams battling it out against each other at the silliest and messiest games, all to try to be crowned the charity knockout champions!

Teams of seven to ten are invited to register to take part in this year's fun- filled event. It is the perfect event for team building with colleagues, competing against other branches and departments or simply having a fun day with friends, family or team members, all for a worthy cause. Registration is online and costs £20 per person and each team is asked to raise a minimum of £500 in sponsorship, which between a team of ten people is just £50 each.
