KELLY College sent 19 qualifiers to the Pentathlon GB Schools' National Biathlon semi final at the University of Bath and all of them achieved personal best times in the swimming.
Cameron Carpenter-Warren won the 100m swim in the boys Years 12 and 13 and then placed fifth in the run, enabling him to win the event outright. He was also joined by Bret Bassett and Christian Brown making Kelly College the Year 12 and 13 team winners.
Ellen Riis White, Year 11, came second overall in the individual event with a second in the swim and fifth in the run.
Josh Carnell, Year 11, placed sixth overall.
Josh Boon, Jordan Channon and Harry Dunlop, Year 8, took first place in the team for this age group, with Josh placing second overall in the individual.
Another win for Kelly College was in the girls Year 7 team, with Georgian Jones, Brittaney O'Reilly and Christy Gold.
Year 6 boys, Benjamin Dunlop, Nathan Linden and Mataeo Pearce were placed second in the team, as were Year 5 boys, Thomas Brew, Jonathan Hawley and Jacob Staig.
Megan Bassett, Year 8 was 16th overall, whilst Ben Staig, Year 7 did a personal best time in the swim, but then had to withdraw from the run with an injury.
The final for this event is on March 27 at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in London.
