TAVISTOCK College is having problems with dogs —or rather with dog owners who, despite warning notices to the contrary, continue to exercise their dogs on College grounds.
'We are an open site essentially and so have to rely on the good sense of the general public,' said site manager, Tony Gilbert.
'We would ask dog owners not to bring their dogs on site as they can present a serious health risk to other users.
'We have to try and protect our students and the other users, including children of all ages.'
