JOYCE Brockman will host her 12th annual coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support on Friday September 30 in Fairplace Church, Okehampton.

Joyce's husband John died 13 years ago and was cared for by Macmillan nurses. Since 1999, she has raised around £10,000 for the charity by taking part in the World's Biggest Coffee Morning.

The event takes place from 9.30am to noon, with cakes, books, gifts and bric-a-brac for sale.
