JORDAN Channon and Harry Dunlop, both pupils at Kelly College have been selected to run in the 2010 UK Inter Counties Cross Country Championships for the Devon U13s' team which will be held at Crofton Park, Birmingham on March 13.

It is a fantastic achievement for them both to be selected as they will still only be 11 years-old on the race day so will still be eligible to race in the same age group next year.

Both are members of the Kelly Swim Squad and alongside their swim training also do land training with their coach Carrie Lawson which involves running, run technique and gym work.

They have both worked extremely hard with Carrie in training and gained their place in the Devon team when they raced in December and came fourth and fifth out of the Devon U13 boys.
