MALCOLM Morrison of Hogs Bottom Garden Delights took a huge range of his delicious marmalades, jams, chutneys, pickles and jellies to the food and drink pavilion at the show.

Around 20 months ago he moved production to Tinhay at Lifton, tripling the capacity of his unit.

Hogs Bottom now has a range of about 18 chutneys and 16 jams and marmalades.

Malcolm said: 'We are now doing a lot for the food services industry, like big three kilo batches of strawberry jam for hotels.

'That's where the growth industry is for us at the moment.'
