THE OFFICIAL photographer for the popular BBC series 'Life In the Freezer' will be appearing at Throwleigh Village Hall on October 13.

Ben Osborne, who accompanied David Attenborough to the Antarctic, will be presenting his audio visual show about the different aspects of making a 'nature spectacular'.

Stunning images and sound effects will be interjected with entertaining and humorous stories from the three-month stay in the Antarctic.

The event has been subsidised by Villages In Action so ticket prices can be kept to a minimum.

Project co-ordinator for Villages in Action Roger Werner said the show was very atmospheric.

'A number of villages in Devon have been lucky enough to see Ben's show and it is an absolutely smashing evening,' he said.

'It is not your average slide show and I can guarantee that everyone who buys a ticket will not be disappointed.'
