SOUTH West Lakes Trust is holding a 'landscape photography for beginners course' at Burrator Reservoir on Sunday.

Volunteer conservation officer Jacky Pearce will show how to take great landscape photograph — no matter what the camera.

Jacky said: 'This event is for anyone who already knows how to use their camera but who wishes to know how to improve their composition and take landscape photographs, rather than just views.

'We will walk and learn with lots of time to take lots of photos to illustrate each technique and I will offer further advice.'

The event is from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Meet in the yard car park opposite Burrator Lodge beyond the dam at Burrator Reservoir with appropriate weather related clothing and footwear, and your camera. Spare batteries recommended.
