A THRILLING local derby with excellent football by both teams.
This match, always a hard one for Thistles, saw great passing pay off. The team worked well. The back four of Adam Dencham, David Gibbings, Tom Read and Sam Burnett kept Horrabridge at bay and keeper Marc Smerdon made some wonderful saves.
Midfield players Jake Broome, Robbie Leeson, Matt Roberts and Jamie Doyle continuously fed striker Martin Perkins and it was Chris Hutchings who scored the two goals.
The game was well supported by both sides and referee Richard Robinson congratulated both teams for a well fought match.
