FOLLOWING the recent earthquake in Java, 200 Shelter Boxes have already been sent to the disaster area from Shelterbox Trust with more following now. Shelterbox is a rapid response charity started by Rotary International. Shelter Box are only able to respond quickly if they already have stocks available to fly out to any part of the world immediately any disaster occurs. With so many boxes flown to one disaster it is necessary that stocks are replenished urgently. The Rotary Club of Okehampton, along with all Rotary Clubs in Devon, have been asked to help raise money to replenish the stock of boxes. Please help this worthwhile cause by making a donation now.
