BUCKLAND Monachorum Parish Council has commissioned the Community Council of Devon to conduct a parish housing need survey, to find out if a lack of affordable housing is a problem for some households in the parish.
Survey packs have been delivered to every household in the parish and the parish council would like to encourage all households to take a few minutes to complete the form. The survey pack includes a return envelope — the deadline for return of the completed survey is March 2.
The aim of the survey is to find out whether the community supports the idea of more affordable housing for residents of the parish, and to find out exactly who and how many people might need to be helped to stay in or return to the community through access to affordable homes.
The Community Council of Devon processes the surveys it receives back and treats them as strictly confidential. Information will not be passed on to other agencies or any commercial organisations.
Anyone who hasn't received a survey, or thinks they should complete one, should call the parish clerk on 01822 841648 or email [email protected]">[email protected]
