TAVISTOCK Community Hospital is a National Health Service facility much treasured in the town and its staff have proudly served generations of its residents from their 'cradle to the grave'.
Over the years its facilities have grown and today the hospital, in Spring Hill, offers many medical services, including 15 inpatient beds, a minor injuries unit (MIU), an X-ray department, an operating theatre and outpatient physiotherapy departments.
The Times would like to hear from readers with their stories about what the hospital means to them.
