Harrowbarrow and Metherell Agricultural Society's harvest sale was held at the home of the Fry family recently.

The event was originally intended for the field behind the Frys' house where residents have been growing vegetables for the third year running, but the venue was changed because of predicted bad weather.

Around 50 people came along, bringing home-made produce and vegetables and money was raised to help the agricultural society prosper.
