A nostalgic big band dance and concert is being staged to raise funds for the summer RAF Harrowbeer 1940s Weekend.

The swing dance is at Woolwell Community Centre on Friday, April 19, with music by The Dave Hankin Big Band performing Glenn Miller’s wartime hits.

The free Harrowbeer Weekend (August 17/18) features period military vehicles, displays, music and other attractions.
