TAVISTOCK ladies' rugby team made hard work for themselves in the first half.

The first half tries were first by Clare White and Kirsty, who powered through Newton's defence.

Second half tries were all good — one with the forwards and backs working together saw Boo Colton cross the line.

Other tries were by Chris Staniland and Terry Cole.

Thanks were expressed to the Ordulph Arms for putting on food after the game.
