Bow 1 South Zeal United 1 SOUTH Zeal had to work hard on Saturday to leave Bow with a point. The home side pressed Zeal in the final 15 minutes as they went in search of the goal that would win them the game. With the wind at their backs in the first half Bow had a lot of the ball but Zeal created the better chances and could have been ahead at half time if luck had gone their way. However it was Bow who took the lead after 30 minutes when a bit of slack marking allowed their wide midfielder to beat Adam Cann at the near post. Zeal started well in the second half and equalized early on when a corner from Tom Reilly was converted with a great header by Lee Gilbert at the near post. It looked as if Zeal might now go on and win the game, however the home side finished strongly and only some great saves by Adam Cann and some good defending helped to give Zeal a point.
