TAVISTOCK Squash and Racketball Club held their monthly squash club night competition earlier this month.

This month was the quarterly handicap tournament with 11 players fighting hard to make the finals — Stuart Cox and Josh Cowen D'Arcy reaching the main final and Paul Trueman and Matt Luckham playing in the plate final.

Stuart won the main final with a hard fought and close match against Josh, the score going to 17-15, with Paul beating Matt in the plate final in another close match at 15-14.

Trophies and new squash balls were presented as prizes.
