OKEHAMPTON Girlguiding Division held a 'Thinking Day' ceremony to mark the centenary of Girlguiding UK last weekend.

Groups left Simmons Park at 3pm and proceeded with flags and bands to Okehampton Castle. 

At the castle they were welcomed by the Rev Peter Hayes — this was followed by songs, prayers and readings, before the groups marched back to Simmons Park.
