FORMER cabinet minister and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ann Widdecombe will speak at an event in Okehampton on Thursday, October 30.

The Okehampton Conservative Club is to host a pasty and cider evening, where Miss Widdecombe will be the guest speaker. After her talk she will be signing copies of her book.
