I WOULD like to thank the people of Tavistock, Yelverton and surrounding districts for their unstinting support of Marie Curie during the recent Great Daffodil Appeal.

Street collections, collections at various local stores along with appeal boxes placed in local businesses raised the fantastic sum of £2,586.66. 

This is an amazing total and this will be used to provide nursing care in this area. 

Marie Curie gives people with all terminal illnesses the choice to die at home.  Our nurses provide them and their families with free hands-on care and emotional support, in their own homes, right until the end.
