FOLLOWING the success of last year's first ever Graft, Sow and Grow event at the National Trust's Cotehele Estate, Tamar Grow Local and the trust will be hosting a second event next month.
The extravaganza, taking place on March 2 and 3, will include grafting workshops, seed swapping, local produce, beekeeping and a number of guest speakers, including James Robbins talking about poultry keeping, Rob Meredith on raised bed organic gardening, and Sarah Chesters on the Cut Flower Garden among others.
Tamar Grow Local's project manager Simon Platten said: 'The two-day event is being held at the perfect time of year for grafting apple trees, preparing for the new season of beekeeping and getting fired up for the coming growing season as spring begins.'
