BERE started well and a Bratchley cross was volleyed home by Hann.

Callington responded by using the long ball and outran Bere's defence, which was continually caught by the same ball. Bere were 4-1 down at half-time.

The second half saw two goals quickly follow.

The introduction of Russell to the centre of defence stopped the killer ball but Bere missed a penalty and were chasing a game that was already lost.

This Saturday, division 2, home to Foxhole, kick-off 2.30pm. Division 4, reserves away to Lifton.
