The final event of the day, the 100m IM, was spearheaded by the Tavistock boys. It saw a battle between James and Mark, James just touching for gold, Mark the silver and Mathew taking bronze. A great result to finish a tough day of swimming dominated by Tavistock Swimming Clubs senior boys.

At the Coventry Sprint Open Meet, Mark Hennessey went to fly the flag for Tavistock. Some great results in the individual rounds qualified Mark into the top eight for the final 100m IM event. At only 16 years old he achieved a superb second overall place against top quality opposition.
