THE gardening team at Cotehele has once again had a successful year growing and drying flowers for the annual Christmas garland.
Every November a 60ft long swag, made up of tens of thousands of flowers, is created.
It then hangs for six festive weeks in the hall of the house.
Around six different types of flower go into the garland and last year there were 44,000 individual flowers in it.
