THE Devon and Cornwall County FA 5th Regional Mini Soccer Festival took place at Crowndale and Tavistock College on Sunday.
Tavistock Girls Football club entered two teams in the under 12 and under 14 age group.
Under 14 Team: Heidi Davies, Joy Page, Sarah Barratt, Chloe Bassett, Clarice Payne, Kim Davey, Amy Campbell, Rebecca McMullin and Tamsin Bryant.
Manager: Mark McMullin.
Under 12 Team: Frankie Foster, Hollie Shaw, Sophie Bassett, Jade Eales, Rebecca Rose, Robyn Hammond, Katie Glasspoole, Amy Gale and Summer Piper.
Manager: Sue Hammond.
The under 14s scored a total of 20 goals and did not concede any. They drew with Activate as winners but lost out on goal difference and took runners up slot.
The under 12s scored a total of 13 goals and also did not concede a goal. Rebecca Rose scored 8 goals making her top scorer for Tavistock Girls.
Tavistock under 12s came out as winners of the tournament and also picked up the Fair Play award.
