THE promise of several members of the thriving Tavistock Girls? Football Club have caught the eye of soccer talent scouts this season.
Many of the players were selected for trials with the Plymouth Football Development Centre and at Plymouth Argyle Centre of Excellence.
Tavistock?s Robynne Honey has now completed three seasons in goal for Plymouth Argyle. Joining her at Argyle were Robyn Hammond, Kim Davies and Rebecca Rose. The new recruits played for Plymouth Argyle U12s against Queen?s Park Rangers U12s recently and echoed the Division 2 champion?s success by beating them 2-0.
Successfully chosen for the Under 14 Development Centre squad were Louise Galway, Joy Page, Tamsin Bryant and Rhianne Parsons.
Heidi Davies and Rebecca McMullin have been picked to play for the Under 12s Development Centre team.
