A GARDEN in South Tawton is to open its gates to the public this weekend to raise money for Hospiscare.

The garden at 2 Town Barton has been developed as a sustainable forest garden, with fruit and nut trees underplanted with unusual soft fruit bushes, many of Scandinavian and high altitude origin.

There is limited wheelchair access and no dogs. Entry is by donation. The garden is open on Sunday, August 4 from 11am to 5pm.
