The Forestry Commission is all set for West Devon residents to go wild with them this autumn and have a packed agenda of events lined up.
Lovers of mushrooms are in for a treat on Thursday, October 9 and Saturday, October 19 as experts from the Devon Fungus Group will be hosting a two hour fungus foray into Abbeyford woods with sessions on each day running from 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
Slightly further afield in Cookworthy Forest there will be more events running throughout the month including star gazing, bushcraft skills and a strange and spooky stories evening on Hallowe'en.
