DEVON Childminding Association is to hold a party at Lydford Castle on June 25 to celebrate 18 years of childminding in Devon.
The association is holding celebrations at various locations in the county, with fun activities ranging from face painting, badge making and creative arts to a bouncy castle. The Lydford event starts at 10am and finishes at 11.30am.
The celebrations are timed to take place in National Childminding Week, which is part of National Sure Start month. Childminders and their children will be joining members of staff from the association.
The association is also celebrating winning the tender for providing childminding and childminding network support services with Zero14plus ? the Devon Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership.
