TWICE this year folowing last minute cancellations The Wharf's composer-in-residence Adrian Vernon Fish has filled the breach with his occasional series 'Talking About Music'.
Following the success of his talks about Shostakovich and Stravinsky. Adrian now turns his attention to the grat oratorio The Creation by Joseph Haydn. On September 6 and continuing on the September 20 Adrian will talk about the work, its unending humour — a thing not usually associated with oratorio!
He will prove that Haydn would have been everyone's favourite uncle with a twinkle in his eye and a wicked sence of fun.
