OKEHAMPTON Community Recreation Association (OCRA) will be offering residents in the area a free health course to help them become more active.
The Healthy Active Lifestyle course will look at different ways to become more regularly active using physical activity, such as exercise, daily routines, active travel, dance, sport and play.
The course is for adults of all ages and current fitness levels and will help find activities people want to get involved in at times to suit their life.
The fun and practical course, which is run by the county's 5X30 project, is funded by Learn Devon and will give information to benefit and develop lifelong fitness.
There will also be a free pedometer for everybody attending.
Everyone is welcome to come along to the course which will be held on Friday, February 26 from 10am till 1pm at Parklands Leisure Centre.
