TAVISTOCK College held their first ever Plymouth Argyle Football Camp on Wednesday, May 31 with great success. The camp had 35 participants aged from 8 to 14, who all enjoyed the skills coaching and world cup match play. The morning skills session developed the confidence of the less experienced players and highlighted some young promising talent. The morning skills were demonstrated in the world cup games during the afternoon, where team England became world champions! A repeat of the Plymouth Argyle Football Camp is one activity hoping to be incorporated into the new and exciting summer holiday programme for 8 to 14-year-olds being held at Tavistock College throughout August. Alongside sporting activities, creative and drama workshops are also being planned.
