HOW to live a healthy life was taught to pupils from Whitchurch Primary School last week through various activities. The whole school enjoyed a packed week of activities and visits by the local police and fireman who taught them safety lessons. Thanks to generous support from Tesco which donated food, younger children tried out exotic fruits, reception children visited allotments, year 2 pupils made healthy packed lunches and years 3 and 4 tried Indian recipes. Pupils from year 5 designed and made their own bread, while year 6 made smoothies and were visited by Seth Robertson from Robertson's Café. All children enjoyed a two day freestyle dance workshop run by Mandi Wall from Star Quality Choreography and performed a mini show.
