HELPING people improve their fitness levels will be one of the key themes of the Okehampton Sports and Fitness Festival, which begins next week.
A wide variety of different sporting activities will be taking place in venues across Okehampton starting next Friday, July 4, and running through to July 10.
Stuart Lord, of OCRA, which organises the annual sports week, said: ?We have got an exciting programme with something for everybody.?
