THE St James Chapel flower festival in Okehampton, which ran for a weekend earlier this month, was a fine success, raising £526 for charity. The flower festival?s ?Noah?s Ark? theme proved popular with visitors. The sum raised will be divided between the upkeep of St James Chapel and All Saints Church with the remaining third going towards the oncology department at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
