A MAN had to be released from his car after it was involved in an accident with another vehicle on Roborough Down, near Yelverton last Sunday. Firefighters from Crownhill with watch commander David Marsh in charge of a Bere Alston crew released the driver from his Audi as he was unable to open his door following the collision with a Vauxhall Astra just after 2.10pm. No one was injured.
