WEST Devon Citizens Advice Bureau, working in partnership with The Childrens Centre and Devon Renaissance recently ran a success two day course on accounting. The two day course was organised as part of the Financial Skills Training Programme. Topics covered included hints and tips about tax credits, managing money, dealing with bills and a talk by South West Pound on 'What is a credit union?' Julie Yelland, course tutor, said: 'Evereyone who attended the course gave really positive feedback and learnt something useful. 'Our hope is that they will now share that knowledge with other parents and increase general financial skills in our community.' Delegates who received their certificates for completing the course were Emma Cunnington, Alison Reed, Chrissie Read, Sally Parkin, Donna Bridger and Emma Walters.
