ONE of the highlights of this month?s Dartmoor Festival was the Three Chefs Festival Dinner, held on Sunday featuring top culinary experts from the area Philip Burgess of the Dartmoor Inn, Nick Coiley of Agaric at Ashburton and Duncan Walker of Chagford?s 22 Mill Street restaurant.
The chefs cooked their signature dishes for the dinner held at the Dartmoor Inn at Lydford, which has organised and hosted all the festival events.
As well as cooking up meals with a Dartmoor flavour, the award-winning inn has been illustrating the traditions and customs of the moor through art, stories, music and photographs.
The month-long festival, which is about celebrating everything that is unique about Dartmoor, ends this weekend.
