THE formal opening of the Tavistock Music and Arts Festival entitled 'The Great and The Good' took place in grand style at the Terrace Restaurant at the end of last month.

The festival committee would like to thank The Terrace for the splendid fare they provided for this occasion and their sponsorship and support.

Tonight (Thursday), Phil Bird and Anna Georghiou will be playing at the folk festival supper at The Terrace.
