NATIONAL Family Week, the UK's biggest celebration of family life, is kicking off the summer half term holidays between May 31 and June 6, with more than 5000 family-friendly events and activities taking place across the country.
5x30 Devonwide is proud to be part of this great family initiative and to promote positive family life.
A spokesperson for 5x30 in West Devon said: 'This special week of celebration focuses on families spending more quality time together so 5x30 would like to invite families from the West Devon Area to join us and do just that! Join us for some family fun and make your family a part of National Family Week.'
The events include:
Wednesday June 2: Family run in the park. Meet at the Green Hut in the Meadows, Tavistock at 5pm. Cost free.
Wednesday June 2: Family Badminton Session. Bere Alston Primary School 5-8pm. Cost free.
Thursday June 3: Family walk and rounders game. Meet Bere Alston Recreation Park 3pm. Cost free.
All week – Tavistock Community Sports Centre various family sessions.
